English Teaching Innovation and Cooperation Platform Assisted by Mobile Computing

Aiming at the problems existing in English teaching, based on mobile computing technology, this paper establishes energy consumption optimization model, delay and user mobility model discusses design application of innovation cooperation platform detail. Then, it analyzes three models teaching primary schools, middle universities. The results show that innovative can greatly improve efficiency reduce burden teachers, increase learning enthusiasm students different grades. In general, provides some experimental support for platform.
